6. User Consent for Contact Details Sharing
By reaching out to Edlas via WhatsApp for program inquiries, you expressly consent to Edlas sharing your contact details with program providers ("Partners"). This facilitates the scheduling of trial classes by the Partners.
7. Cash Rebate Redemption
7.1 Parents who have inquired about a program on Edlas platform through WhatsApp and scheduled a trial class with Providers are eligible for a 5% cash rebate upon their first successful booking with Providers, capped at SGD30 per successful booking.
7.2 The cash rebate is redeemable upon confirmation of the Provider's invoice number submitted by parents. Edlas will transfer the cash rebate to the parents within 60 days from confirmation date.
8. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms & conditions when necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the Website signifies acceptance of any changes.
